Heya!

Wanted to share some exciting news with you guys. I’m featured in this month’s issue of Country Woman magazine in their Blogger and Crafter Spotlight! What an honor. (Yowee, right?)

The magazine’s editors hit me up a while back about doing an interview and featuring my Peeps Topiary and Herb Ice Cubes. I was more than happy to oblige. 😉

Look for their version of my Peeps Topiary on the inside back cover of the print magazine, which is on newsstands now.

Peeps Topiary

Here’s my Peeps Topiary. It’s an easy, fun Spring centerpiece. See Country Woman’s version here. (Pretty snazzy, guys!)

And here are my Fresh Herbs Preserved in Olive Oil. Really great way to preserve green herbs. See the recipe on Country Woman’s website here.

So what’s been cooking at The Mouse House?

Hope you’ve all been well! I took a little time this winter to settle back and recharge. The last couple of years have had me hopping non-stop, and I needed a breather.

That said, Spring’s officially in the air here in Salem. Despite a handful of recent snow storms, we have daffodils popping up in the yard, and I’m itching to get back into the kitchen.

I’m ramping up production for a huge batch of recipes right now. (Any requests? Let ’em rip!) So stay tuned for loads of new content.

Take care and as always, thanks so much for reading!
