  1. As an Orthopedic trauma specialist from Viet Nam era combat...I can say without question that Boston survived and that those injured who also survived will need support. For Boston the attack is history [thank God ] but for many it is just the beggining of a new and more challenging life . Our prayers are with you all. Take good care of your mates and thank you for your post.
